The Project
In our recent Project of our Class A Aseptic Cleanroom Isolator for filling Syringes, Vials and Cartridges, Solidfog became our trusted Partner for the decontamination of the isolator chambers.
Why Solidfog?
We chose Solidfog as a Partner for the decontamination system, because of their advanced and future-oriented technology of nebulizing H2O2. Especially the reduction of the H2O2 Concentration was very important to us and a key factor when choosing the Solidfog system. Besides the reduction of the h2o2 concentration, the remote spray head with little/low surface area was a compelling argument for Solidfog. The feature allows for uninterrupted unidirectional air flow and maximizes available workspace for the aseptic process. The OEM kit only needs little space for the integration and the standardized automation interfaces allow for excellent integration into the machine control.

We had an excellent experience working closely with Solidfog. Throughout the integration of the Solidfog-System in our automation system and cycle development, Solidfogs support was exceptional. Solidfogs customer support always responded promptly with precise solutions to problems, thanks to their outstanding expertise.
