Description

Inspired by the DosyMist CS®, renowned for its high level of integration within client infrastructures (ventilation, interlocks, IT supervision), the MCS® brings the same logic to the mobile environment: offering autonomous, secure, and fully traceable control of multiple DosyMist® and DosyMist XL® units.

The MCS® allows users to synchronise and control several mobile systems simultaneously through a centralised digital platform. Each connected unit communicates in real time with the system, ensuring perfect coordination of decontamination cycles with validated 6-log microbiological efficacy:

• Simultaneous or sequential launch of cycles depending on the zones to be treated;
• Real-time monitoring of each unit’s status, including cycle progress, injected H₂O₂ quantity, and environmental conditions;
• Centralised alarm and notification management for maximum operational safety.

This intelligent synchronisation optimises multi-zone operations and significantly reduces the risk of operator error.

The MCS® is supplied with an intuitive user interface, accessible via a dedicated tablet (stand-alone model) or integrated directly into the client’s IT network for remote supervision and control.

The platform provides full visibility over all connected equipment, enables access to cycle history, and automatically exports decontamination reports. All critical data are centralised, securely stored, and fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, ensuring complete operational traceability.
