Solidfog mobile VHP systems
Mobility meets a practical need: treating multiple areas with a single unit, operating at sites where a fixed solution is not suitable, or getting up and running quickly without the need for integration work. Solidfog mobile systems can operate in stand-alone mode or in a multi-unit configuration controlled from a centralised platform.
DosyMist®: the benchmark in portable misting systems for small and medium-sized volumes
The DosyMist® treats volumes of up to 200 m³. It is equipped with a built-in 2-litre tank, an on-board compressor and a high-precision atomisation head. It operates autonomously: a simple mains power supply is all that is needed to start a full cycle.
The touchscreen interface allows cycle parameters to be set and saved. An automatic report is generated at the end of each cycle to ensure the traceability of operations. Its efficacy is validated at a 6-log reduction, in accordance with GMP requirements.

DosyMist XL®: portable power for large volumes
The DosyMist XL® is designed to treat volumes of up to 750 m³ with a single unit. Its 10-litre tank is fitted with a high-precision weighing sensor. This sensor continuously monitors the amount of biocide injected and automatically stops the injection as soon as the target dose is reached.
The unit features three atomisation heads. This configuration allows the spray pattern to be adapted to the geometry of the area: one head for confined spaces, two or three for large volumes or rapid increases in concentration. Its efficacy is validated at a 6-log reduction.
Over a hundred units are in operation worldwide. The DosyMist XL® operates autonomously or in a controlled mode via a centralised system for multi-zone configurations.
DosyMist MCS®: centralised control of mobile units
The DosyMist MCS® is a centralised platform for the synchronised control and traceability of mobile units. This solution is designed for installations that require the coordination of cycles across several separate zones.
Fixed and integrated VHP solutions
Some installations require more extensive integration. Solidfog’s fixed systems integrate directly with existing equipment and infrastructure: ventilation systems, interlocks and IT monitoring systems. This architecture enables the entire VHP bio-decontamination process to be automated and enhances its reproducibility.
DosyMist CS®: full automation of the VHP cycle
The DosyMist CS® controls equipment, locks in recipes, checks safety prerequisites before each cycle and records every action. Cycles are reproducible, auditable and validated to a 6-log reduction.
The architecture is open and customisable. The system connects to existing customer equipment: ventilation, interlocks and IT monitoring systems. Three ranges of DosyMist CS® are available to suit different industrial configurations.
The VH₂O₂ OEM kit for equipment manufacturers
The Solidfog OEM kit is a comprehensive and modular VHP bio-decontamination technology solution. It is designed to be integrated directly into third-party equipment and controlled by the customer’s system. This solution is aimed at manufacturers wishing to incorporate a VHP decontamination function into their own industrial equipment.
NeutraMist®: catalytic neutralisation of H₂O₂
The aeration phase is often the longest part of a VHP bio-decontamination cycle. NeutraMist® significantly reduces this time thanks to a honeycomb ceramic structure with an active catalytic coating, combined with a centrifugal fan. The result at the outlet is less than 1 ppm of H₂O₂.
The NeutraMist® is available in a portable version. It can also be integrated directly into equipment such as isolators, pass-through chambers or MALs. In both cases, it operates in synchronisation with DosyMist® units to form part of the overall decontamination cycle.
