Material airlocks and passboxes are essential interfaces for transferring materials between rooms of different cleanliness grades. Their volumes can range from large MALs of over 15 m³ to compact passboxes of less than 1 m³, each requiring a decontamination strategy adapted to its geometry and operational constraints. Solidfog ensures homogeneous VH₂O₂ diffusion in both large and very confined spaces, delivering validated, reproducible performance regardless of size.

Adapted decontamination recipes
Each application requires a specific approach. By using pulsed injection modes and controlled flow rates, we can achieve a progressive and stable saturation of the volume, ensuring efficient and predictable VH₂O₂ distribution in both small and large SAS.
Flexible and integrable design
When involved early in the project, we can deliver a fully integrated solution directly within the airlock or passbox structure. Even in revamping scenarios on existing SAS, Solidfog is able to provide adaptive, engineered solutions that fit existing constraints.
Short cycle times
When a MAL or passbox must be used repeatedly throughout the day, short-cycle performance becomes essential. Depending on the constraints, we can achieve reduced cycle times through enhanced HVAC specifications or by integrating NeutraMist®, which accelerates aeration and allows faster return to operation.
