Adaptive design for seamless integration
Every isolator or RABS is unique, and Solidfog systems are engineered to integrate smoothly into any configuration. We adapt injection but also ensure full automation and IT integration by aligning with the isolator’s control architecture. Injection points, control logic and monitoring interfaces are customised to the isolator’s constraints, enabling synchronised operation, compliant data handling and ergonomic use for the operator.
High microbial performance
Even with significantly reduced cycle times, Solidfog systems consistently deliver full 6-log decontamination performance, validated according to EN 17272. Our dry-fog VH₂O₂ diffusion ensures uniform coverage of the entire chamber, including glove ports, mechanical interfaces, transfer paths and complex internal geometries. Combined with precise recipe control and complete traceability (21 CFR Part 11), this guarantees a robust and repeatable aseptic decontamination process.
