The Solidfog OEM Kit® is designed to enable manufacturers, integrators, and advanced users to embed Solidfog’s hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) dry-fogging technology for airborne surface disinfection directly into their own equipment or infrastructure.
Description
Fully integrable and controllable through the client’s existing system, the OEM Kit is supplied without a user interface (HMI). It is engineered to seamlessly blend into the client’s control architecture (PLC, SCADA, or other automation platforms), behaving as a native function within the host equipment.
It is ideal for builders of isolators, biosafety cabinets (BSCs), airlocks, containment enclosures, pass-through chamber or aseptic production lines who require a reliable, traceable, and GMP-compliant decontamination process while maintaining full control of their equipment design.
Developed from the proven DosyMist CS® technology, the OEM Kit delivers the same precision, reproducibility, and safety in a compact, modular format that is simple to integrate.
Each module incorporates Solidfog’s validated airborne disinfection technology, achieving 6-log microbiological efficacy and ensuring equivalent performance to our full-scale systems.
